Cretan Berry Portou is situated in a quiet neighborhood, right in the heart of Chania old harbor. The room was very tidy and clean with all the necessary amenities. What we liked the most about our stay was the Cretan hospitality of the staff, which is very warm, welcoming and always willing to help. We will definitely stay here again, when we are back in Chania.

There was no breakfast included, but a big bowl of complimentary, delicious home-grown oranges and lemons were there upon arrival. There was also a neat little electric orange squeezer to make fresh juice with every morning. The facilities were excellent - a clean, modern bathroom with powerful shower, decent air con and a big ceiling fan, and also a well-equipped kitchen. The lady who ran the place was delightful, welcoming and happy to help with any queries, as were the other staff who worked there. All in all, it was a very welcoming, comfortable and clean place to stay and excellently located - about a 3 minute walk to the beach, as well as cafes, restaurants and shops. The old town of Chania is about a 5 minute walk around the corner and well worth a visit for the history and lively evenings. It's a beautiful part of the world and I felt that my stay at The 3 Brothers Apartments was excellent value for money.
