A very cozy place with a helpful owner, comfy bed, great breakfast, and modern equipment. It's located near the University of Warwick and two bus stops, which is very convenient. I also enjoyed that there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The owner communicated fast and kindly helped me with anything I needed. 10/10 ⭐, would recommend to everyone.

The owners came to greet us & couldn't be more . friendly lovely couple who went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed the place was exceptionally clean , comfy , bed , & they had thought of everything with little special touches Bread biscuits etc!. made our little dog welcome . Please respect their place with your dog as they have put a lot of effort into making your stay comfortable . . Wish. we had booked another night . It had a lot of character. We could use a small table and chairs in the garden when it wasn’t raining. It was a short drive (but a long walk) to the university, city centre, botanic garden, etc.
