Location is great, 10 minutes walk to Warwick Business School. Good and quiet ambient, air quality. Comfortable bed and on time room keeping services. I enjoyed hot coffee every morning with full warm English breakfast.

The home itself is so comfortable,tidy,located in a beautiful place with a nice park to walk around. The two little pup's were so friendly and there's not a bad thing anyone who's stayed here could say.

Very friendly hosts, the property was excellent value for money and local to the city centre. Clean and comfortable room. We do not usually stay In this type of property but we would definitely use it again ☺️

Jodefa 1, a property with a garden and a terrace, is located in Walsall, 18 km from Arena Birmingham, 18 km from The ICC-Birmingham, as well as 18 km from Library of Birmingham. Location was excellent, a quiet residential street, not a through-road, with plenty of roadside parking. The bedroom had ample space, large bed, and all amenities provided. The shared bathroom was next door to the room, and again had all the facilities. The shared kitchen had plenty of cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses and a toaster, microwave, - so we shopped at the nearby Aldi and had a hot evening meal and breakfast at Aldi shopping prices.

Property and room very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi excellent. No traffic even at peak times. Parking safe. A real home from home. Will be staying again.
