A very cozy place with a helpful owner, comfy bed, great breakfast, and modern equipment. It's located near the University of Warwick and two bus stops, which is very convenient. I also enjoyed that there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The owner communicated fast and kindly helped me with anything I needed. 10/10 ⭐, would recommend to everyone.

It was exceptional, more than we expected . It was a stop off on the way home from Devon to Scarborough ... The owners came to greet us & couldn't be more . friendly lovely couple who went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed the place was exceptionally clean , comfy , bed , & they had thought of everything with little special touches Bread biscuits etc!. made our little dog welcome . Please respect their place with your dog as they have put a lot of effort into making your stay comfortable . . Wish. we had booked another night . We would have paid more as we thought the price was cheap for what you get . Highly recommend & you won't be disappointed if you go here , Great Retreat 10 /10. From Mr & Mrs Storey. Xx

I really enjoyed my stay here and it really did feel like home. The mini apartment was very clean and had all the facilities needed to make my stay comfortable. There is also a beautiful park behind the property and I loved taking walks in the evening. The staff responded to my queries promptly. There is a bus stop 9 mins walk from the property and you can easily catch bus to the city centre. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again when I visit Birmingham.

The room and en suite were nicely furnished, with a small kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a decent shower. It had a lot of character. We could use a small table and chairs in the garden when it wasn’t raining. It was a short drive (but a long walk) to the university, city centre, botanic garden, etc.
