Located 14 km from Brighton Marina, 16 km from Brighton Pier and 16 km from The Royal Pavilion, The bolt offers accommodation situated in Newhaven. Easy to access after a late arrival with the ferry. Very well equipped and comfortable, this was perfect for us for a one night stopover and we really appreciated the little kitchen area with a kettle, tea and coffee and biscuits etc.

Seaview Sanctuary is located on the seafront in Eastbourne, 200 metres from Eastbourne Beach and less than 1 km from Eastbourne Pier. It was sparkling clean and well equipped. Just across the road from the beach. Wonderful helpful and friendly hosts and very tasty home baking! Highly recommend:)

Located within 41 km of Eurotunnel UK and 44 km of Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park in Rye, Magnolia House, Rye features accommodation with seating area. the room was spacious, well presented, very clean and tastefully designed. the tv was very large, and had multiple apps already available to use. there is a big fridge, if you want to bring your own snacks / drinks it works well. great shower - spacious, with a little bench and a storage shelf in-built. the whole space is very well thought through. the hosts were very welcoming and breakfast was great, delicious.

Situated in Lewes and only 5.4 km from Glyndebourne Opera House, Montys Accommodation features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. It was a very central location, with a parking space which is a major advantage for Lewes. The apartment was clean and very well appointed with quirky and effective decor. The complimentary food items were fresh and good quality and very welcome. It's light and airy, the bathtub was a lovely touch.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Gyves House is an AA 4-star gold rated Victorian house situated just 30 yards from the Eastbourne seafront. property and staff where excellent, great location, fantastic rooms and hosts very helpful, amazing breakfast aswell

Directly facing an award-winning beach, on Eastbourne's Royal Parade, Beach Front Guest House provides bed and breakfast accommodation right on the Eastbourne seafront. It was very well located right on the seafront and was very cosy just as you would expect a B&B to be.

On Eastbourne seafront, Ebor Lodge offers well-appointed rooms and a full breakfast menu. Very nice and beautiful house, room big enough for 4 people and wery well arranged and supplied. Wake up by the sun in front of the see 😁 Hosts are very kind and friendly. Very good breakfast as well

Number 46 is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the centre of town and just a 5-minute stroll to the old town of Hastings. The Guest House is immaculate; service excellent; cleanliness also excellent and the breakfast amazing. Rick and his team go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxed stay. I would recommend Number 46 to whoever visits and requires a place to stay in Hastings.

Comfortable room and bed,excellent shower.Well cooked breakfast. Good situation off of the seafront and just a short walk into the town centre.Nice extras-cold air fan,fan heater and 'honesty' bar.
