Seaview Sanctuary is located on the seafront in Eastbourne, 200 metres from Eastbourne Beach and less than 1 km from Eastbourne Pier. we enjoyed it very much and had a great stay. The rooms were very clean, cosy and the Guest House is furnished with great attention to detail. The breakfast was great as were the biscuits and cakes. Rich and Katie are really great and caring hosts, we can highly recommend Seaview Sanctuary! We would love to come back again.

The bed was big and very comfortable, small kitchenette with everything we could need. Lovely bathroom with a big shower! We loved our stay here for Bonfire night! Perfect location!
