The property itself was very well kept, I would say the pictures do it no Justice. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nicely decored the rooms were. Me and my partner would recommend this place to anyone. I found the rooms slightly smaller than most places but the cleanliness/decor and kitchenette certainly made up for it.

Nice small touches like comfy robes and toiletries. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Great location near town and bus station.

Would definitely go back if we get the chance to visit Polperro again.

The property is wonderfully modern, with smart decor, without feeling out of place in St Ives. Our room was clean and came with all amenities and appliances we may need for our stay over the weekend. It may look like quite the distance, but with the shortcut beside, it only took 10 minutes for a nice walk to the beachfront. Both Dan and Lorena were very friendly, welcoming and eager to answer any queries or questions we might of had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cornerways Guest House for several reasons. The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately made me feel at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

A very good breakfast with lots of choice. My wife wanted Porridge and Margaret and Martin were only too pleased to arrange. We are not big fried breakfast people, so other choices were available. The property is located close to the carbis bay beach area and if you are into walking its about a mile and a half from St Ives. Property had a very nice large front garden which had wonderful views of the sea. We would recommend. Good parking available for small and large cars.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mandalay. The room had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. It was nearby to many lovely coastal villages and towns including Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
