The property is wonderfully modern, with smart decor, without feeling out of place in St Ives. Our room was clean and came with all amenities and appliances we may need for our stay over the weekend. It may look like quite the distance, but with the shortcut beside, it only took 10 minutes for a nice walk to the beachfront. Both Dan and Lorena were very friendly, welcoming and eager to answer any queries or questions we might of had.

My wife wanted Porridge and Margaret and Martin were only too pleased to arrange. We are not big fried breakfast people, so other choices were available. The property is located close to the carbis bay beach area and if you are into walking its about a mile and a half from St Ives. Property had a very nice large front garden which had wonderful views of the sea. We would recommend. Good parking available for small and large cars.
