Everything from the moment we had arrived we had a warm welcome. ! The bedroom was lovely and clean, the most comfy bed I ever stayed in, and the bathroom was amazing ! Lots of extras, nice touch. I also like when I become unwell, they were fantastic and helped me😀. Also, breakfast was good, and we had some of their fresh chicken eggs 😀
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
This was an excellent choice for us with easy access to the Camel Trail. Staff were very friendly and informative and great fun. The two evening meals we had there were excellent, meats cooked to perfection, well presented and on very hot plates. Henk was a great host and advised on how we could make best use of future stays and cycle routes.
