I almost don’t want to “sell” if for you to be surprised like us. It is clean, comfortably located with amazing view from every room. I like the location since it is very near the bus station and metro, it's quite a walk going to the old town but it's walkable and I like to explore and take a walk so it's no big deal. Francois is very helpful and responsive and makes sure you feel at home. I didn't regret that I booked Francois place than the hotels near the old town because the cobbled streets might make it hard to bring wheeled luggage.
