The property is good but for me overpriced and professionalism is lacking. I booked 2 rooms 15 days in advance and after one day from booking I had a real problem (a traveler's daughter joined) and I asked to cancel one room, both or add a small bed (just for one night). The answer was no to everything... from an expensive structure I would have expected more customer support and collaboration in addressing a difficulty.
