ALL FACLITIES ARE SHARED WITH THE OWNER EXCEPT THE BEDROOM. In essence this is a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Much of the problem lays with booking.com whose details at point of sale do not show that everything is shared. My partner refused to stay and we had to find other accommodation in August and Booking.com did nothing to help.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are just incredible. Amazing pool which was just for us. The chalet is beautiful, we loved the intricacy of the design. An easy 15 min drive into Annecy and to the lake. Patrick was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Aircon was great. We enjoyed our breakfast every day with the amazing view of the birds, mountains and lake. Nice extra touches like tissues, shower gel, board games and 2 towels each. We loved that there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, even when it rained a little. There is a bar and a mini fridge, perfect for all your snacks and drinks. We didn't cook and didn't have any crockery etc but I'm sure we could have asked if we had needed more. We would definitely recommend visiting here.

We had a fantastic stay here. Everything during our stay exuded quality. The friendly welcome, the nice room, the peaceful setting (far away from the hectic touristy areas but with a nice view from the balcony), the quality breakfast, the quality restaurant (amazing tartiflette)... quality is the key word here. Dog friendly, too. Flexible to come and go, parking right outside. You really feel like a welcomed guest here and not a number. We recommend 100%.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
location slightly calmer at st jorioz which meant quiet evenings. when travelling with a baby this was essential. parking right outside. the property was brilliantly equipped with everything you’d need including a generous amount of consumables. Jenifer a great host with local recommendations and very attentive going the extra mile with various things. lovely balcony on which to while away the evenings.
The place was amazing. Bernard and Ta were very lovely hosts. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was the best - we miss the breakfast already! We will definitely be back - this time with a car 😉
