Situated in Puerto Villamil, 500 metres from Puerto Villamil Beach, Hostal Punta Arena offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. The staff were excellent, assisted us with taxi/tours and at a good price! The room was a good size, fridge cold air con, excellent wifi and a really great location. I can not fault the accomodation.

It is in a great location, clean, functional, spacious and the people managing it are great! The bed is super comfy and the shower and airconditing work perfectly. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Joel the host was extremely kind and helpful, it is just a single room in his house and we felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable. The free bikes were great to ride to the wall of tears and Joel also helped do our laundry. Location is excellent, close to a few great local restaurants and just a short walk from the beach and the ferry terminal.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Starfish. The rooms were comfortable and clean and it was a quick walk to anywhere you wanted to go. One of the best things was the amazing service by the staff. Carlos greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had the best time. He had so much information and helped us with tours and organizing activities. He was even so kind as to help us organize tours for our return to Santa Cruz. He truly made our stay spectacular!

And mother funny is super kind grandma. If you find the room you are lucky, take it!! 😊👍 Unfortunately I booked just one night and I couldn’t extend she was already fully booked!

I had a big room with a lot of space, huge windows and a balcony (first floor). further the room was really clean and room-service every day. it’s close to the centre and good location. Definitely a good place to stay, high value for the money.

Set less than 1 km from Puerto Villamil Beach, Cielo Azul Galápagos Hotel offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. Jackson was the most incredible and kind-hearted host. He walked us through the town and pointed out some good places to eat and was able to organise all of our trips and bike hires, meaning we supported the local community whilst avoiding the high costs of using the tour companies. The accommodation is very comfortable with air conditioning. An excellent breakfast is offered every morning with a cooked component, fresh juice and fruit, and coffees/teas. Jackson was very supportive of our efforts to practice our Spanish, being very patient and talking slowly with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. He also went to the extra effort of decorating our room for our arrival as we'd mentioned we were on our honeymoon :) in all the places we have stayed in our travels throughout the years - this is the warmest welcome we have ever received.

Sun Island is located in Galápagos, just 80 metres from Playa de Isabela beach. It features panoramic views of Puerto Villamil bay and free WiFi throughout. The hotel staff were incredible and very helpful. They helped me plan my activities and organize tours for me, contacting the owners of the tour agencies themselves. My room was very pleasant, had great views of the beach, had great airflow, and was in a perfectly central part of town. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was tasty and affordable for guests.
