First of all, he awaits you at the pier with a sign with your name on it, something I was not expecting at all. They receive your with a coffee or tea and after leaving your stuff in the room, Jackson shows you around the Puerto Villamil. The room had all the commodities : shower with hot water, air conditioning, tv and a lot of space in the room. The WiFi worked doing its best, although on the whole island the signal is weak. Enough to check the mails and social media as well as making some phone calls (I even had a 2-hours video call).
