Situated in Pingyao, 200 metres from Ming and Qing Street , Hongyuyuan Family Guesthouse boasts a restaurant and free WiFi. It is located in Ancient City of Pingyao, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bardzo miła Pani, mówiąca dobrze po angielsku. Cena do jakości i spania w takim klimacie -kosmos. Noc była zimna, ale w pokoju był podgrzewany materac oraz klimatyzacja. Śniadanko było wliczone w cenę i było bardzo dobre. Lokalizacja na głównym deptatku, chyba ciężko o lepszą. Polecam!

Located in Pingyao Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lao Cheng Gen Hostel is a 10-minute walk from Xianya, the former county government. I liked the location and I enjoyed staying in a room that had lots of history. It was easy to walk around the city, with many shops and interesting historical sites to see.

Pingyao Jiaxin Guesthouse features rooms with traditional Chinese-style decoration. It is only a 4-minute walk from Pingyao Railway Station. Free WiFi is accessible in all areas. The staff was so kind and happy all the time, they helped me a lot and they speak English, which is pretty rare in China, even in some hotels. They gave me a map and recommended some places, also asked a taxi for me for the next day that I had my train to Beijing in the morning. The shared dorm was clean, had shampoo, air conditioner, clean sheets, futon, and pillow. Also curtains for privacy. I enjoyed my stay a lot. They even gave me a little souvenir on my way out and free water. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Amazing price and just five minutes walking from North Gate of the old city. Supermarket right on the corner.

Offering Chinese and Western food on site, Pingyao Harmony Hotel features well-decorated guestrooms and simple dormitory rooms for guests. The staff is exceptional, their english is great. We had lunch and breakfast there, both were delicious.

Just next to Xietongqing Unincorporated Bank Museum, Pingyao Baichanghong Hotel is a paper-cut-themed guest house located right in the heart of Pingyao County, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beautiful accommodation at the centre of ancient city of Pingyao in the bustling South Street. The owner and staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. They picked us up from the station and brought us to Ancient City (cars are not allowed inside) and also brought us on the day of departure, both for very reasonable fees, because we were with 5, too many for a taxi. The hotel and rooms were in a traditional style, allowing for great pictures.The beds and cushions were very comfortable for us. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a small room, but it wasn't bothersome.The owner knows the nearby shops and good spots to go to, definitely ask for tips. We enjoyed our 2 nights and 3 days in Pingyao a lot, definitely recommended.

Datong Yunzhong Traditional Courtyard is located in Datong Ancient Town, a 5-minute walk from Huayan temple and Nine Dragon Wall. It is a quadrangle courtyard Inn with traditional decoration. Location was the best, the hotel is renovated is extremely clean, you feel welcomed like home! Definitely recommend for visiting Datong. Staff speaks English and is very friendly and helpful!

Housed in a 400-year-old courtyard built in Qing Dynasty, Pingyao Jintaisheng Hotel used to be the only flour factory in Pingyao Ancient City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, at the end of Qing Dynasty.... We booked this hotel because we wanted to experience what it was like in China 400 years ago. The hotel is away from the busy main street but walking distance. The hotel is clean, staff attentive. The bed is very comfortable.
