Està molt ben ubicat, a 5 minuts caminant de la ciutat antiga de Pingyao. L’espai és molt agradable i l’habitació neta i silenciosa. La propietaria és simpatiquíssima. Parla anglès i està molt motivada a practicar-lo amb els clients. Ofereixen esmorzar i demés (faig demanar l’esmorzar xinès i estava molt bo). També ofereixen servei de ‘taxi’ amb el seu cotxe. Em van conduir a la Fortalesa de Zhangbi i al temple Shangli (recomano molt ambdós llocs). M’hi allotjaria de nou, sens dubte!

Datong Yunzhong Traditional Courtyard is located in Datong Ancient Town, a 5-minute walk from Huayan temple and Nine Dragon Wall. It is a quadrangle courtyard Inn with traditional decoration. I fell in love with this hotel. It has a gentle, old-world charm that makes you feel like you're in a classic movie. The bedrooms are exquisitely furnished, the courtyards are beautiful and despite the attractions of Datong I spent hours just sitting in the courtyards enjoying the atmosphere. The location is perfectly central in this interesting city where there's much to see. The breakfast is without doubt the most eclectic I've ever been served, but there was much to enjoy. So many small welcoming touches. I was so sad to leave!

El Pingyao Harmony Hotel elabora cuina xinesa i occidental i ofereix habitacions decorades amb bon gust i dormitoris compartits senzills. This was a jewel, great location, the rooms were fantastic, we even got upgraded. Sara the manager spoke impeccable English and was beyond what the pictures display. Super great price for what you pay. The staff is warm and very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

Just next to Xietongqing Unincorporated Bank Museum, Pingyao Baichanghong Hotel is a paper-cut-themed guest house located right in the heart of Pingyao County, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beautiful accommodation at the centre of ancient city of Pingyao in the bustling South Street. The owner and staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. They picked us up from the station and brought us to Ancient City (cars are not allowed inside) and also brought us on the day of departure, both for very reasonable fees, because we were with 5, too many for a taxi. The hotel and rooms were in a traditional style, allowing for great pictures.The beds and cushions were very comfortable for us. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a small room, but it wasn't bothersome.The owner knows the nearby shops and good spots to go to, definitely ask for tips. We enjoyed our 2 nights and 3 days in Pingyao a lot, definitely recommended.
