Este hostel agradable está situado en Miyún, a solo 50 metros de la Gran Muralla China, presenta una decoración moderna y ofrece wifi gratis y estacionamiento gratuito. Loved our stay here! Lovely place, rooms, host and the food was amazing! Recommend eating dinner here as the spread was fantastic. Will 100% stay here again if I come back to the Great Wall!

八达岭诚苑民宿 se encuentra en Xibozi, a 10 km de Gran Muralla China (Badaling), y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y terraza. The room was large and very well furnished. We were amazed by the cleanliness. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. Anyways my stay at this Cheng Yuan was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing accommodation experience nearby the Great Wall. The coffee is good by the way.

El Refactoring Space Beijing Wang Fu Jing se encuentra en el distrito Dongcheng de Pekín, a 1,1 km de la calle Wangfujing, a 2,2 km de Nan Luo Gu Xiang y a 2,4 km de la Ciudad Prohibida. Location is perfect, very close to two subway station. Girl at the reception was super cute, very funny and helpful. The hotel has no any sign so you just follow the main image. Also it’s a pretty coffee shop rich you have to go through to reach your room.

El Guixu Huatang Homestay está a 4,2 km del parque Lianfeng y ofrece alojamiento, restaurante, bar, salón compartido y jardín. Hay WiFi y estacionamiento privado, ambos gratuitos. The owner was so patient and nice to us, their parents help us with our necessities, like the crib and lend us the fridge to storage our baby's milk.

Although I did not have a room with a view, as soon as I got out into the corridor, I was surrounded by the beauty of the rugged landscape rising far above, bearing a section of the Great Wall. Having few guests at that rapidly turning wintry weather, the proprietress accompanied me the next day on a 6-km 6-hour walk on the Wall starting from the Guesthouse in Derunju Village. It was a sunny day and this turned out a glorious walk, in which my warm-hearted host showed me every consideration, and we were as companionable as old friends. She told everyone we met that I was 79 and from Malaysia. We climbed up to more than one hill station, the steps in some places being knee-high, and at one point we could see on the opposite side of the lake the section of the Great Wall where it slopes dramatically into the water. In the evening, I feasted on my host’s heartily delicious cuisine… And over the few days of my stay she cooked hot sour soup, jiaozi (northern dumplings) eaten with extremely hot chilli oil, local millet porridge, freshly caught local fish in a local sauce, and home-grown vegetables... We went on a road trip to see some other local sights as well; and I was also very grateful that she helped arrange a taxi for my onward trip to Beijing city. Many thanks for an unforgettable visit. El 北京城涛小筑客栈Chengtiao Xiaozhu Folk Inn alberga un restaurante y se encuentra en Miyun. Este estadía rural ofrece conexión wifi gratis. El alojamiento dispone de aire acondicionado. A great place to stay to visit the great wall and experience a peaceful Chinese village. The entrance to the great wall is just a short walk. This section of the great wall is so quiet that we have the whole place to ourselves. It is also not very restored so you get to see some of the original wall. They also cooked fresh food from their garden for us. I have been to Beijing twice and did all the major tourist spots. I have to say staying here and hiking the wall in peace is my best Beijing experience.
