A recently renovated homestay in Miyun and within 15 km of Great Wall of China - Simatai, Gubeikou Great Wall Yunyeshu Boutique Guesthome features a garden, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi.... I had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse, where I was hosted by kind and welcoming owners. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, but it was the owners who made my stay so unforgettable. They helped with transport to/from the Great Wall, even when I wanted to leave early in the morning, and cooked delicious food too! I would highly recommend their home to anyone visiting gubeikou.

This accommodation is located in the Central Area with a lot of food options nearby yet away from the hustle in a small alley (Hutong). Further hidden inside a cafe, which I felt very safe and exclusive. Staff members are super friendly and helpful to assist with enquiries, housekeeping and also some logistic issues.

This family owned Inn is just perfect to me. The hosts are extremely caring and generous, the food is delicious, the Inn is located in a quiet area, very close to the Great Wall. You truly feel taken care of with tasty home made dishes, car transportation to places you wish to visit, and a genuinely warm-hearted owner (and his lovely son we had the chance to meet as well). Comfort is good, everything is clean, and the rooms are spacious. Great experience, we really felt at home and we will never forget our stay here !
