The standout highlight of my stay at Pension al Sur del Mundo was the incredible host, Sergio. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was both comfortable and unforgettable. Choosing to stay here was one of the best decisions I made, as it truly elevated my entire trip. The beds are comfortable and everything is still very new. Everything was clean and there was a decent breakfast in the morning. If you’re going to see the penguins, you’d better stay two nights!

Big and very clean rooms. The shared bathroom was very clean and they offer all kinds of toiletries. Wet wipes, hand sanitiser, etc. The kitchen was great and it is self serving breakfast but you have eggs, fruit, tea, etc. The host will drive you to and from downtown for no additional cost and he is amazing. Anything you need, he's gonna try and get it for you. On top of all, it was more affordable than the other places in the area.

It's best seen as a BnB, breakfast was perfect. Warm water, very clean. Comfortable bed. Awesome view.

She gave my husband and I a warm welcome despite our late night arrival at 11pm. She even came back at 7am to prepare breakfast (original timing was 8-10am) upon knowing that we were leaving early. Breakfast was extra hearty and delicious because the owner added kindness and love to it. Totally recommend this place for anyone visiting VOH.
