Excelent cost benefit. Good location in Puerto Natales with everything requested for a budget Hotel. Very good equipped kitchen, rooms and bathroom are good.

He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

This is one of the most amazing places I've stayed in. Big and very clean rooms. The shared bathroom was very clean and they offer all kinds of toiletries. Wet wipes, hand sanitiser, etc. The kitchen was great and it is self serving breakfast but you have eggs, fruit, tea, etc. The host will drive you to and from downtown for no additional cost and he is amazing. Anything you need, he's gonna try and get it for you. On top of all, it was more affordable than the other places in the area.

This is a lovely place to stop along the Carretera Austral. The location is good if you want to do the Cerra Castillo, and the location is definitely worth the litte detour from Ruta 7. The owners are lovely people. It's best seen as a BnB, breakfast was perfect. Warm water, very clean. Comfortable bed. Awesome view.

Also, Carolina is a published author on the arts and crafts of the region and a very interesting person to talk to (even though we have minimal Spanish). Highly recommended!
