Had a great time before and after our W trek. Great accommodation. We stored our backpacks in a crate. Very friendly owner.

What a great first night in Chile! I was welcomed with such warmth. My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

Cabañas & Habitaciones Del Alto is situated in Hornopiren. This guest house has a garden and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms. Felt right at home in these cozy cabins! Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

The woman who ran it was so helpful and patient with my bad Spanish. She clearly wanted to ensure I enjoyed the place, which I did.

The girls who run the hostel are adorable, ready to help you all day long. The offer towels padlocks and breakfast in the price that you will book, which is Very very rare. TV had English netflix set up. Lovely lady who runs this guest house. I would definitely stay here again 100 per cent, I loved it. Very spacious bathroom, very clean and modern.

Featuring sea and garden views, this guest house also includes free WiFi. - of course host- Fabian, hospitality We arrive late(after ck in hr, after 9:30pm but he waited and answered all our questions about punta arenas and dinner advise although we were just staying one night. I could tell he was genuinely caring person for all travellers. - very clean, cozy bedding -good size room - free coffee and snacks in the morning (almost as good as full breakfast for some hotel) - good value

The surroundings, the rooms and house, the owners, the generous breakfast, everything is perfect here ! Impeccably clean and comfortable, with views of the gorgeous mountains around, it's definitely the place to stay if you're passing through Cerro Castillo and/or Puerto Ibáñez. Warm, cozy, relaxed, great location, quiet, best breakfast in Patagonia, great shower, comfortable bed… really a great place to stay and hang out in Villa O’Higigns. Also, Carolina is a published author on the arts and crafts of the region and a very interesting person to talk to (even though we have minimal Spanish). Highly recommended!
