Heating was more than adequate for the cold snap at the time. They helped with the arrangement of parking for our car. There is an excellent pub (The Royston) just 6 minutes away where we had a lovely, moderately priced dinner in a very pleasant family friendly dining room.

The property is non-smoking and is set 30 km from Bairnsdale Train Station. The house was more spacious than anticpated, with 2 bedrooms, living room, and a kitchen. The room is clean and comfy and the kitchen was very nice. We cooked some simple breakfast and late night meals. The house provides birdfeed and you can just pour some outside the patio and birds will fly over and have breadkfast with you. It's a short 5min drive to Metung city or 15min drive to Lake Entrance. Susanne was very helpful via messages and provide detailed instruction for checking-in.
