Was a nice location not far from town. House had a nice homely vibe. Room/suit was perfect for one person stay. Great bed.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The King bed was amazing. Location is excellent. Just out of the main centre of town. You could walk into town and 800 metres from Soverein Hill. Great to have a large master bedroom with new ensuite bathroom. And the abiliity to use kitchen and laundry. Kevin is a lovely host and I enjoyed staying in his home as a solo female traveller.
Very clean and tidy. Great facilities in the room and beds really comfortable. The Asian restaurant was also excellent with great menu and service was fantastic. You do need to book as it is very popular with the locals.
Lovely neutral toned, spacious motel suite. Being the middle of winter in Ballarat, the heater was amazingly powerful. The management and staff were lovely and I felt right at home staying here. The guest laundry was great and very handy after travelling for a few days.
