The hosts had the property in very good condition with the makings for tea and coffee thrown in. Heating was more than adequate for the cold snap at the time. They helped with the arrangement of parking for our car. There is an excellent pub (The Royston) just 6 minutes away where we had a lovely, moderately priced dinner in a very pleasant family friendly dining room.

We absolutely loved our peaceful stay and the abundant wildlife viewing on our walk (hundreds of flocking birds, emu and roos, horses, cows and of course, Ralf..the happiest dog to greet us!! . The place was huge!!!! Easily could stay a week here and rest and enjoy the goof life. Thanks for giving me carrots to feed your horses. The kitchen table chairs were so comfortable and padded, great after a long drive. What a wonderful place to have found. We appreciate the great stay and care you showed! Thank you!

The stables, a property with a garden, is situated in Wandin North, 47 km from Melbourne Museum, 47 km from Princess Theatre, as well as 48 km from Packenham Train Station. the place is clean and very comfortable! it is very well located in the Yarra Valley, close to wineries and towns. We asked to use the firepit, the owners provided us wood, kindling, starter and gloves to manage it! They even offered to light the fire for us. The view is perfect! We enjoyed a lot our stay and will for sure recommend for friends.

The house was more spacious than anticpated, with 2 bedrooms, living room, and a kitchen. The room is clean and comfy and the kitchen was very nice. We cooked some simple breakfast and late night meals. The house provides birdfeed and you can just pour some outside the patio and birds will fly over and have breadkfast with you. It's a short 5min drive to Metung city or 15min drive to Lake Entrance. Susanne was very helpful via messages and provide detailed instruction for checking-in.
