The host was fantastic, greeted us despite our very late arrival and farewelled us when we left. We had a rental car and could park off street in a carport which was also a bonus. The room and facilities were excellent and there were individual touches throughout that made it feel ‘special’ Large main room with a comfy bed, good size kitchenette and a nice small private courtyard area which was lovely in the mornings

Set in Mount Victoria, 21 km from Katoomba Scenic World, Closeburn House offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The owners Paul and Steven were very warm and friendly. I felt like being welcomed by friends! The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable, and flowery smell everywhere. Bedroom and bathroom equipped with everything you need. We did not even miss the tv! And the best tasting breakfast ever!

Housed in a building from 1902, Kurrara Historic Guest House features free WiFi. It is 15-minutes’ walk from the famous Three Sisters and 10 minutes from many restaurants in the Katoomba Town Centre. Very friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, The Chalet Guesthouse And Studio is a guest house set in a historic building in Medlow Bath, 10 km from Three Sisters Cable Car. The hosts were so warm and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We had breakfast overlooking the garden with beautifully coloured birds at the window and spent an unusually cool November evening in front of the fire reconnecting without our usual distraction of devices and city noise. We plan to return as often as we can.

Boasting garden views, Luxury private guest suite in the Blue Mountains is situated in Springwood, 47 km from Rouse Hill Village Centre. We were delayed and advised Melissa we would be arriving late. Not only did she arrange to pick up some delicious pizza (which was still hot and fresh), but had a bubble bath drawn waiting for us too. Perfect after a long day of travel! Melissa was also super accommodating for our dog and provided us with some additional towels to dry him off as it was was raining heavily. The accommodation was immaculately presented and well equipped for a very relaxing stay.

This 1930’s style guesthouse offers comfortable rooms in central Katoomba, across from the Kingsford Smith Park. Although this guesthouse is a bit of old, but its maintaining is good. In addition, the location is great, just one min to Katoomba railway station and 2-3 mins to the central Katoomba bus stop.

It’s beautiful inside and out. I love how cosy the cottage is. My bed was so comfortable. Everything from the furniture to the blankets to the gorgeous tea cups gives it a warm and homely feel.

Set within 14 km of Three Sisters Cable Car and 14 km of The Three Sisters in Blackheath, Rowan Brae Historic Guesthouse features accommodation with seating area. The room was spacious and elegant with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed being able to access Netflix on the large HD TV with very good wifi. The staff we met were very friendly and accommodating. Communication via email and text was excellent with very clear instructions about self check-in. The guesthouse is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the station, hotels and shops.

Boasting garden views, Victoria and Albert Guesthouse offers accommodation with a garden, a bar and a shared lounge, around 19 km from Katoomba Scenic World. The professionalism of a bigger operation and personality of a small business. Staff were exceptional. It's hard to fill an old building with antiques and not make it feel fusty - this was anything but! Absolutely worth staying for dinner too - we weren't sure what to expect but booked in out of convenience more than anything and were very pleasantly surprised.
