The room and facilities were excellent and there were individual touches throughout that made it feel ‘special’ Large main room with a comfy bed, good size kitchenette and a nice small private courtyard area which was lovely in the mornings

The owners Paul and Steven were very warm and friendly. I felt like being welcomed by friends! The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable, and flowery smell everywhere. Bedroom and bathroom equipped with everything you need. We did not even miss the tv! And the best tasting breakfast ever!

They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We had breakfast overlooking the garden with beautifully coloured birds at the window and spent an unusually cool November evening in front of the fire reconnecting without our usual distraction of devices and city noise. We plan to return as often as we can.

We were delayed and advised Melissa we would be arriving late. Not only did she arrange to pick up some delicious pizza (which was still hot and fresh), but had a bubble bath drawn waiting for us too. Perfect after a long day of travel! Melissa was also super accommodating for our dog and provided us with some additional towels to dry him off as it was was raining heavily. The accommodation was immaculately presented and well equipped for a very relaxing stay.

This charming rustic cottage is surrounded by exquisite English-inspired gardens of emerald greenery and vibrant flowers, lovingly tended by Michael and Mary. The interior of the cottage was absolutely breathtaking. Every room has been immaculately decorated and lavishly furnished; each memento and ornament contributing a unique character to the abode. It is readily apparent that Annie's Cottage is a labour of love. Beauty for all the senses abound here. I loved my stay here, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Michael and Mary. Annie's Cottage is heaven on earth, and has earned a special place in my heart. I would love to return again!

This 1930’s style guesthouse offers comfortable rooms in central Katoomba, across from the Kingsford Smith Park. Although this guesthouse is a bit of old, but its maintaining is good. In addition, the location is great, just one min to Katoomba railway station and 2-3 mins to the central Katoomba bus stop.

It’s beautiful inside and out. I love how cosy the cottage is. My bed was so comfortable. Everything from the furniture to the blankets to the gorgeous tea cups gives it a warm and homely feel.

The room was spacious and elegant with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed being able to access Netflix on the large HD TV with very good wifi. The staff we met were very friendly and accommodating. Communication via email and text was excellent with very clear instructions about self check-in. The guesthouse is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the station, hotels and shops.
