We had a wonderful stay at Le Tonle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A tour on the Mekong to the dolphins was booked just like that. Our room was very clean and was kept perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable and large. The location is perfect in town, close to the centre and near several food/drink options. The beautiful view over the Mekong made everything complete.

At the beginning of November I traveled to Kratie and discovered the Privada Lodge. Alex and Theary have created a feel-good place here. They and their team have turned this building into a place with a lot of spirit and their own charm. Old basic structures paired with a style of stories and objects from his travels. Authentic experience with a very friendly family! The room was spacious enough, the bed was soft and big, and the bathroom was clean. The food was so delicious and the experience of eating at one big table with all the guests and the family was fantastic. The tour is really worth it, you’ll definitely see dolphins.

Excellent guesthouse in a lovely restored old building - the guesthouse is really close to a night street food market which is great for dinner. The rooms are very clean and have both fans and air conditioning. Overall it is the best guesthouse in Kratié - it is close to the river and market but a little outside the main city area which means it is very peaceful and more full of local life.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Lovely homestay in Kratie. Great location, great food and friendly staff. The rooms are big and clean, and the most comfortable bed I have found while travelling!
