The view from the Fuji-view room was amazing. Location was ok, in a very calm area, about 15mins walk through rice-fields and a residential area from restaurants. The room was great, super clean and beautiful, and the sauna-jaccuzi and onsen were so great to relax in. The host was such a nice guy, and sang for us at night, beautiful japanese songs. It was moving and a very authentic japanese cultural experience. The host makes huge efforts on every level to make your stay a nice one. I have a great memory from this calm and relaxing place, it was an oasis of tranquility and comfort during a busy and exciting trip to japan. Will go back for sure, even if its just to relax and look at Mt Fuji again.

The property is extremely well managed and very clean. The staff were exceptional, not only did they allow me an early check-in, they gave me a free room upgrade, and also gave me a tour of the area and took me to some restaurants for lunch and dinner! I couldn’t believe how brilliant they were. I can’t recommend this place more!

Amazing location, just a couple of minutes north of the bus stop. It was extremely clean, and set up well if you plan on heading up Mt. Fuji (which we didn't do). The lake is walkable, the area is very quiet, and the staff are super helpful as well. The room which we stayed in was a good size, and sleeping on the tatami mats with futons was a cool experience. We also had additional storage in the form of a closet. Bathrooms/showers are clean and plentiful and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming.

One night very good experience. The couple of host are kind. Room is not big but everything very clean. We slept tightly because the tatami bed and quit are comfortble. And it was very quiet.

We thought the traffic noise from the road will bother us. but that was a minor minor issue. With such good hosts other issue are trivial.
Great hosts! Good sized room, with public sinks and toilets on each floor. We arranged for train station DO after checkout. Great views of Fuji if you walk a little.
