It was in a great location it was nice of the landlady to give me extra snacks for my bedroom including Kit Kat bars And the fact that the room was on the ground floor no stairs to climb And it was good of the landlady for my parking near the Guest House to pay for my two parking permits for my stay

We turned up earlier but our host (lynne) did not mind at all. I thought it was all very cosy from the breakfast room to the bar and then the bedroom.
One good thing was the breakfast tick list. Basically, you pre-order your brekkie and time slot and.... tah dah.
Our room was very clean and thank god there were biccies to go with the tea in the morning.

Lovely small B&B in the heart of Torquay, with just seven rooms. Very clean, an exceptional breakfast, good WiFi throughout the building, The two ladies who run it are very friendly, and will make sure you don’t leave breakfast with any small part of your stomach still empty. I had an early departure and they put cereal and fruits in my room the night before. The room I got was small, but priced accordingly, and since I only sleep and shower in a hotel room was perfect enough for me. A 5-minute walk to Torre Abbey, a few minutes more to the train station, and about as long to walk into the main part of town.

see the sea from our bedroom. Breakfast menu was very good and included smoked salmon. There were home made cookies in the bedroom plus little macaroons. Bathroom was very clean and had Cushell toilet roll which is very unusual for a hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a holiday.
The location was fantastic, the staff were exceptional, it is what it is, a room above a pub, I was made welcome and the locals were all friendly. Definitely stay again.
