Fiona and Rob were very friendly and good hosts. Property was in a good position on a hill. We could see the sea from our bedroom. Breakfast menu was very good and included smoked salmon. There were home made cookies in the bedroom plus little macaroons. Bathroom was very clean and had Cushell toilet roll which is very unusual for a hotel. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a holiday.

Excellent across the board, we chose the hotel for the good reviews of staff, comprehensive facilities and the lovely grounds and location; staff very pleasant and helpful, high levels of conduct and service, very professionally-run environment which ticked all the boxes, exceptional breakfast, a very recuperative environment and by chance also the original purpose of the private home constructed on the site in the 18th century, a return trip already in planning
