The host is absolutely lovely! He was responsive, friendly, attentive and did everything to make my stay comfortable. The apartment is very big, with a wonderful terrace, and has everything you need. I had privacy and the host even lent me a shopping cart to use! There are 3 supermarkets in the area, plus the Metro and tram, so it's convenient. The building was generally very quiet, especially at night. I really enjoyed my stay and would repeat!

Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo was a great area especially if arriving late in the evening like we did. Restaurants nearby were open fairly late and had good reviews. Cafes were near for the next morning too. Also Escaleras de Solokoetxe was on the same street as Arenal Suites. Plaza Nuevo was a short walk and we loved it immensely. Great price for the area, we were very happy! And the hotel, the room itself, and bathroom were all upgraded!
