Unusual friendly staffs.. very helpful and help in all ways, equipped with knowledge of the city. .. especially when the locals are not friendly with foreigners..the staffs in the hotel make you feel more welcoming to the country, Helping to arrange trip, call for taxi/Didi etc The room is always clean and with bottle of drinking water daily. Overall a big room and extremely helpful staffs. English proficient.

Super helpful and friendly staff
I stayed in Beijing for almost 7 weeks and this apartment was excellent value for money for a longer stay. A fast internet, kitchen and washing machine were important to me. Nice view on the city, comfortable bed, good air condition, great hosts that are easy to contact, very helpful and speak good English. Location is excellent (10 minutes walk to the Capital Airport Express and Dongzhimen subway station). The Liangma River is just around the corner which is great for a relaxing walk or run.
Got a clean and spacious room with a good bed. The staff is kind, helpful and serviceminded. Breakfast was fantastic, had both asian and european options.
The Hutongs around the hotel consist of friendly locals and the area is safe. The easiest way to find the hotel is to walk to the END of the busparking as the map shows, then turn right and walk straight to the police office and you will see the hotel on the right side behind motel 8. This way you avoid the more difficult way with a few turns through the Hutong.
It was great, the main living space was clean and welcoming, the fake astroturf alleyway was great for hanging out and exercising, the laundry was simple and effective, the bathrooms and showers were okay, Tony was a great host and always helpful.
Good location with a great host. Mark was so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Able to purchase drinks there which was helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. It was quiet even though the rooms look onto the courtyard.
