For the price, this hotel was a decent choice, especially for a short stay of one or two days. The facilities were adequate, though not quite up to a typical standard. The beds and pillows were average and could be more comfortable. Overall, I would recommend it for a brief visit. Location was very good, very close to Interlaken west station and 15 minutes walk from Interlaken OST station. Bus stop is near.

Amazing breakfast. So many options. But the main thing is that the staff are SO friendly!! The other main thing - the view from the balcony down the valley was outstanding! Seeing Jungfrau out of the window every morning was incredible. Also the food at the restaurant was delicious; and the overall vibe of the place was sooo cozy. Locals hang out in the restaurant below. I appreciated how historic the building was and how cozy they made it. Absolutely 10/10 would stay again.
Lovely and characterful Inn. Enjoyed the breakfast spread everyday and a couple of hearty diners. Very popular with the locals. The location couldn not be better. Staff were friendly and generally kind. The room was clean and comfortable but you can hear people move about which is to be expected with older buildings. It’s great value to explore the gorgeous Lauterbrunnen valley and surrounds.
