This was our second time staying at this lovely place, and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The breakfast is rich with plenty of options, perfect for starting the day. The location is ideal, just a short walk from a beautiful promenade along the Danube, which made for some lovely morning/evening strolls. A special mention to the owner, Mr. Stefan, whose friendliness and attentiveness really made us feel welcome. The rooms were immaculately clean, and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very nice appartment in the old city of Melk, the house has a beautiful large garden (which I enjoyed even in winter). Great hosts, very friendly and ready to help with everything (even if you are Jewish and need a Shabbes-key - there IS an electric door at the entrance, but they were very friendly and helpful - of course it is better, if you tell them in time, what you need (not like me ;-) ) but they will try to help you). I liked the furniture, friendly athmosphere, and the kitchenette is complete, with an oven and everything one needs.
