The units were clean and the bed, including the sofa bed were comfortable. Location was good. Recommended to family visiting the Hokitika area.

The park is in a beautiful setting. The bathrooms, showers and communal kitchen/lounge area were all very clean and well-maintained. We were in a cabin that was very comfortable. The nature walk is definitely worth doing and leads to very impressive waterfall.

Situated in Ross, 23 km south of Hokitika, with some of the worlds most beautiful and rugged coastlines, Ross Beach Top10 Holiday Park is an absolute beachfront property with limited WiFi availability... Sue was amazingly friendly and helpful couldn't do enough to make our stay better

The room is very spacious and well equipped. The location is close to the Haast river and ocean, great for us to have a rest between visiting two national parks.

Enough bedding to ensure you were warm Easily accessible power outlets in cabin. Clean everything, room, toilets, bathroom, laundry and kitchen. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of cookers. Very clean fridge/freezers. We loved this place and our stay. Excellent value for the meagre cost.
