Set within a stunning historic rainforest and walking track, Jackson's Retreat Alpine Holiday Park offers 5-star accommodation with access to a garden and a barbecue. Great location, wonderful nature ambiance, there's even a nice waterfall hike and glowworms at the property. It's very calm, the Kiwi room was very comfy (and near the bathrooms so no long walks in the cold to the shower 😉). The amenities were nearby and offered everything we needed, and there is even a small shop at the reception for your basic needs. Our only regret is that we didn't book another night here as well.

Situated in Ross, 23 km south of Hokitika, with some of the worlds most beautiful and rugged coastlines, Ross Beach Top10 Holiday Park is an absolute beachfront property with limited WiFi availability... Fabulous location. The containers are exactly as pictured and described. Extremely comfortable, cosy and very well equipped. We loved taking a bath outside under the stars and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The plots are very generous - plenty of space for everyone. Great beach for a long walk in the morning. A good place to stop and break the journey on route down the West coast. Can highly recommend! Thanks for a memorable experience :-)

Featuring river views, Punakaiki Beach Camp offers accommodation with a private beach area, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 100 metres from Punakaiki Beach. One of the most beautiful locations you can stay at. We had an amazing stay here and our cabin was terrific with a breathtaking view. Staff is very friendly and this place had all the amenities we needed. Punakaiki beach camp was also very clean and I would highly recommend it to others.
