This family-owned, eastern Iceland property is located on Route 95, about 17 km from the town of Egilsstadir. It offers cottage and guest room accommodation with views of Sandfell Mountain. Very cozy stay surrounded by forest. Everything was great and the cabin was very well maintained. The kitchenette had everything you would need!
Vallanes
Located on a farm in Vallanes, these cottages include a kitchenette and views of the river and mountains. Egilsstadir Airport.Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Cosy and incredible views. We were fortunate enough to see the northern lights from our cottage!! Easy check in and out. Not far from town but be aware nothing really opens until 10 and closes at 1900 (autumn visit)
