Lovely view and very attentive to make your stay as pleasant as possible and definitely book the safari through them! The tour guide knew exactly where to take us and explained a lot what’s going on in the park.

Situated within 4.9 km of Tissa Wewa and 30 km of Bundala Bird Sanctuary, Wild Lotus Yala features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tissamaharama. Wild Lotus is a lovely family business and exceptional in their consideration of their guests needs. We were a multiple family group with young children and they provided delicious food as requested with consideration to allergies and child friendly meals. We loved the outdoor showers, large rooms and hammocks, and the accommodation was comfortable and clean with fly/ insect screens. We hope to return for a longer stay on our next visit to Sri Lanka.

What an incredible stay! The room was really clean, and the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The highlight of our stay was the safari organized by the host. My friend fell ill, so it was a delightful surprise that the host accompanied me on the safari. The host's extensive knowledge of birds was truly remarkable, and I learned so much about the fascinating birdlife in Yala. This was one of the most unforgettable experiences during our stay in Sri Lanka. Thank you!

Its run by the lovely couple who caters to your every need. From arranging tuk tuk to organising Safari with take away breakfast (thank you)! The place they have is a real oasis among those we visited so far, hidden away, quiet, calm and perfect to relax and rest after visiting Yala park. Cabanas are near the river and surrounded by garden which provides a little safari in front of your window: tens of birds, monitor lizards, mongooses and many others. Real gem. Try it!!!

Boasting a garden, private pool and lake views, Neem Tree House is located in Kirinda. Property is amazing, super spacious and cozy. Pool area is great with lake view. Hosts there are super helpful and food is one of the best we had in Sri Lanka so far. Totally recommended!

Featuring garden views, Kumbuk Tree House features accommodation with patio, around 3.1 km from Tissa Wewa. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. This is a real tree house. Good one. Surrounded by jungle and river. Host arranged Yala safari for us. Above all a splendid picnic breakfast was provided, which was provided early in morning at 430 am so that we can take it with us for the safari. Mosquito repellent was provided and it was useful.

Offering a shared lounge and garden view, The Cool Nest Yala Hotel is set in Tissamaharama, 2.2 km from Tissa Wewa and 24 km from Bundala Bird Sanctuary. i'm visit the yala national park with hotel owners reccomdation and it was very friendy and valuable price and the vehicle is for only me. my purpose to visit the park is photography and i want to collect more wild animals photos. the safari jeep driver help me through out my safari time and he always tried to show more animals and take more photos during the time. Talking about my meals the hotel owner arranged packed food pack for me as my breakfast and at the noon they provide a delicious rice and curry sri lankan foods.Also this time is very hot so they gave me water and more cool bevarges. so i highly reccommend the stay with cool nest and having safari with cool. nest yala safari

Featuring sea views, Yala Redhill provides accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge, around a few steps from Nidangala Beach. The property owner was not on sight but was in constant communication. He was very concerned for our safety, comfort and satisfaction. We had a snafu over whether AC was included or not but it was quickly resolved in a reasonable manner. I can't say enough good things about the owner and the hosts that live on site. The hosts are brother/sister and prepare amazing food and are available to answer questions and arrange transportation. Request the coconut pancakes - to die for! The beach is a short walk through the trees away and is nearly private! It seems that only the locals know how to access it publicly.
