The rooms are extremely large, which is ideal for a family. We enjoyed sunny weather, but even when it rains, you feel super comfy and cozy in the villa. The kids loved the outing to the beach and the garden area. We had a lovely long weekend!

The property consists of a 3 bedroom villa and a one bedroom bungalow. Each bedroom is ensuite with bathtubs and outdoor rain showers that are full of tropical plants. Both the villa and bungalow have open plan living room/kitchens and private outdoor dining areas with large teak tables. Very spacious, suitable for 4 member families! I like the design of the bungalow. The bathtub is nice! Curry is nice also. Recommend Jackfruit curry! And also the coconut ice cream, I haven’t tried anything like that before! It is a pity that we can’t stay longer!

We loved it - especially the delicious food and awesome host Pasindu. Though the weather was unlucky (rainy) we had a blast thanks to Pasindu organising an alternative Safari incl birdwatching and local temple tour. He was super helpful in all matters concerning our travels (e.g., transportation to our next destination, laundry, etc.). He is also a talented flute player! Kind enough to introduce us to Sri Lankan music. Thanks a lot and hope to meet soon again!

Other facilities at Neem Tree House include a year-round outdoor pool. Beautiful, we had the entire villa which included private pool and huge garden at the lake. Many birds and other animals. House has a great architecture with many open spaces. Family is wonderful and they cook delicious. Note that there is nothing around where you can walk to, so dont count on going anywhere ( anyway you dont really need to as everything is taken care of)
