This place has the best water pressure (including hot water) we've had in three weeks Sri Lanka! It's located in a beautiful garden where you can see all kinds of animals. Secondly, Sandhu was a great host. He's a very polite and professional young man who clearly understands what guests want. He took good care of everything and was always available but also gave us enough privacy. Absolutely recommended!

Kavindi and her husband are very friendly and super helpful, trying to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Breakfast and dinner were huge and super tasty. It is huge and very comfortable. The pool is awesome. View from the water tower at Sunset was beautiful. BBQ night was very special in the yard with torches and a bonfire. Madu, his father and The team was extraordinary. Taking the kids fiddling in the pond, collecting chicken eggs and took us for a boat ride in Tissu lake for afternoon bird watching. Located in Ranna, near Kahandamodara Beach and Wella Odaya Beach, Ranna Beach House is a recently renovated property, featuring, an outdoor swimming pool and garden. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. Tangalle Lagoon is 18 km from the villa and Mulkirigala Rock Monastery is 19 km away. The property is absolutely gorgeous. When you enter from the main door you find yourself in front of a big clean pool, surrounded by a curated big garden with palm trees and beach view. You are literally on the beach where nobody walks by, but some local fishermen. The bedrooms are very big, with each it’s own big bathroom. Also, for the whole stay we had a great local butler who stayed at the villa and was always ready to help. He made us breakfast every day. He drove us to do groceries and cooked lunch for us. He booked us restaurants and arranged taxis when we asked for it. Including two masseuses who came to the villa to massage us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we wished we stayed longer 🙏
