Can't fault our stay at Tigh Murdag. Lovely property, great facilities, all modern and well maintained. Spotless and very comfortable. Large rooms, plenty of space and storage. Superb location, in quiet street, not far from town centre and amenities. Great owners, good comms and very helpful. We felt it was really good value for money. Hope to come back spring 2025

The house is very clean, lovely and the views are incredible! The hosts could not have been more accomodating! Can highly recommend!! 😊

We had such a lovely time at this beautifully decorated cottage, exactly as shown in the pictures. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home! Donald, is an incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive host. He was always available for any questions or issues, and even made sure to pump up the radiators manually when the temperatures here in Scotland suddenly dropped, which we really appreciated. The cottage is perfectly located, close to the stunning Butt of Lewis and several breathtaking beaches. It was such a nice and cosy feeling to come home after a long day outside. We felt so comfortable during our entire stay, and the serene surroundings made it all the more special. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and peaceful getaway!

Cleod9 -Croft house at 9 Garenin es un alojamiento con wifi gratis y vistas al jardín que se encuentra en Carloway. Newly renovated, immaculate property, finished to a very high standard. Beautiful rural location with gorgeous views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Nice outdoor seating area which is a lovely suntrap in good weather. Very peaceful and within easy drive of all you would want to see on this beautiful island. Spacious living areas and very comfortable beds. The entire property was spotlessly clean. Owners have put a lot of thought and effort to ensuring you have everything you could need and more. There was a basket of snacks plus juice, milk and water in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived. There are books and games for all ages, and all rooms had fresh cut flowers making it very homely. A really beautiful place to stay. There's a lovely Gallery next door which is well worth a visit, large selection of art and gifts at very reasonable prices.

Braighe Cottage se encuentra en Stornoway. Great location, close to the airport. Not a busy airport, so no noise. Good size on rooms. Very comfy beds! Large, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view - we even forgot there was a dishwasher and washed up by hand, admiring the view 😂 We arrived on a Sunday, with all the shops closed. But there was cheese, biscuits and fruit at the house - very much appreciated! Owner answered messages within minutes and made sure everything was OK. Friendly neighbours.

An Caladh está en Balallan. El aeropuerto (Aeropuerto de Stornoway) está a 32 km. What did we like, well to be honest, everything. Great house with everything needed to make a home from home stay. Lovely, friendly owners and so helpful. Cannot wait to return. Beautifully situated with stunning views, In fact I could easily have spent all day just taking in the glorious, ever changing scenery.

Ahead of our stay, Angela was great at coming back to any questions we had - even a special request for Sunday newspapers - thank you 🙏The house is ideally situated in a lovely, quiet street but close to Stornoway for food shopping,eating out etc. Sitting in the living room, looking out to sea after a day exploring the stunning island is perfect. The house itself is beautifully decorated with all amenities needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Angela’s house - it really is a perfect base for a holiday in Lewis.
