We stayed at Pen-Rhos in “Cuckoo’s Nest for four nights in mid January. The scenery surrounding the ‘cabin’ was breathtaking and there was enough space between each cabin for privacy. The space was small, but perfect for two and had every appliance we needed for meals and hot drinks. The bathroom was clean and the shower heated quicker than ours at home. Llandrindod Wells had a few pubs and grocery stores that were close and convenient. Surrounding cities like Newtown, Rhayader, and Builth Wells were great for pub dinners.

El Vale Farm Cottages está situado en una granja, a 6,4 km del parque nacional de Brecon Beacons. Las casas de campo admiten mascotas y cuentan con solárium o balcón con vistas a la montaña. The view is amazing!! And the staffs are very nice! It's a must book if you have a car! The hot tub has a really nice view as well!

El Hay Retreats está situado en una tranquila calle sin salida, cerca del centro de la ciudad. Hay dos casas adosadas vecinas que admiten mascotas, números 25 y 26. A spacious and clean apartment with plenty of room for our family of four. We really enjoyed the location just around the corner from the main clock tower, and luckily in town during the Thursday farmers market, which was lovely. The apartment was well furnished with comfy couch and two arm chairs on main floor (with plenty of board games to keep us occupied), full size dining table on bottom floor with a large outdoor area overlooking the river and large kitchen. Bedrooms were comfy and our kids loved their twin bedded room. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Awelfa a peaceful cottage in the Cambrian mountains, que tiene vistas al jardín, ofrece alojamiento con patio y cafetera a unos 40 km de Dolforwyn Castle. It was a very lovely stay at Llanbrynmair. The hosts have provided everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. Lovely living area with Smart TV and WIFI. Kids enjoyed a lot watching their favourite movies. Modern Kitchen, Bathroom and the beds are very comfortable too. Beautiful views from the bedrooms. Outside living areas are amazing and you can spend the evenings in calm and quiet atmosphere. Our dog Bella loved watching the sheep over the fence at the back of the house and that was her favourite spot :) The Hafran Forrest, the Llyn Clywedog reservoir and the Old Lead Mine are situated 15-20 mins away from the cottage. There are two small groceries nearby but would recommend to stock up if you need more varieties. Very responsive hosts who have gone an extra mile to make your stay a very memorable one.
