Set in Durham and only 11 km from Beamish Museum, Station House offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. What a lovely place to stay! The service was exceptional, the hostess was amazing, nothing was too much trouble! We were provided with fresh bread and milk on arrival, the kitchen was fully stocked with tea/coffee etc and even had an iPhone charger there (which was a god send as we had forgotten our own)!. We were given information about the area on arrival including good places to eat (the Italian restaurant round the corner was fabulous). We will definitely be back again, fabulous little place!

Excellent accomodation in a great location. Had everything we needed for a few days away, cosy, beautifully furnished and with lots of places to walk, shop and eat nearby.

The location is fantastic, on a quiet street with ample parking, calm and tranquilly in a historic hamlet, and a nice bar and restaurant for breakfast, dinner, and lunch are only over the street. The host is an excellent host, who is both friendly and helpful. The apartment is very nice, and everything you need is available and in excellent condition. This is a highly recommended property.

A recently renovated holiday home set in Durham, Potters Bank Durham features a garden. It is situated 16 km from Beamish Museum and features bicycle parking. Well laid out, comfortable & welcoming. There was everything needed for a lovely stay.

Set in Gilesgate, 20 km from Beamish Museum, Rhubarb Retreat - Stylish House, Sleeps 5, 10 mins to Durham City & Parking & Garden offers recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. Location was perfect for walking into the centre even through the snow! Nice size for the 4 of us and wished we could have made more use of the facilities. There were problems with the boiler and electricity but hosts were excellent with their responses.
