Providing free WiFi, guests staying at this 3-bedroom holiday home have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove and TVs. Well located, perfectly set out, great facilities including TV streaming and fast wi fi -- essential for the younger members of our party. Great touches too -- chilled water, biscuits, coffee and tea for our arrival, loads of local information. Immaculate too. Log burner wasn't necessary for our summer stay but would be great in cooler weather. Host was really helpful prior to our arrival.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, near the beautiful abbeys of the Scottish borders. Ros, the owner, is very kind: she offered us the eggs of her hens and gave us plenty of tips. The cottage is wonderful, big and with plenty of facilities, with a big garden. The family has a horse, a sheep, two dogs and a cat and the children really appreciated this. We very extremely happy with our stay!

The kitchen was fully equipped which was handy and the holiday park was really peaceful, excellent for a relaxing holiday away from the busy city.

Not only was the bungalow lovely but there was access to the garden, which was well kept and visited by many wildlife, so very pleasant to sit out in. The location was also excellent as it was easy to access Peebles and go for many walks.
