Log burner wasn't necessary for our summer stay but would be great in cooler weather. Host was really helpful prior to our arrival.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, near the beautiful abbeys of the Scottish borders. Ros, the owner, is very kind: she offered us the eggs of her hens and gave us plenty of tips. The cottage is wonderful, big and with plenty of facilities, with a big garden. The family has a horse, a sheep, two dogs and a cat and the children really appreciated this. We very extremely happy with our stay!

Absolutely fantastic lodge in Eyemouth, the best I have stayed in. Everything provided in the lodge unlike others I have stayed in. Cosy and comfortable. Great location for exploring local beach’s and attractions.

Offering garden views, Birch Tree Lodge 96 Main park is an accommodation set in Jedburgh, 45 km from Etal Castle and 41 km from Traquair House. Our stay at the Birch Tree Lodge.was absolutely superb. Our host was attentive and thoughtful and made us feel welcomed. The kitchen was fully equipped which was handy and the holiday park was really peaceful, excellent for a relaxing holiday away from the busy city.

Situated in Peebles and only 35 km from EICC, Peaceful Getaway In Peebles features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. A lovely bungalow in a very quiet spot. Not only was the bungalow lovely but there was access to the garden, which was well kept and visited by many wildlife, so very pleasant to sit out in. The location was also excellent as it was easy to access Peebles and go for many walks.
