The property is about 10 minutes walk from the main Sa Pa town, but this meant it was quiet and away from all the noise so it was very peaceful. The accommodation is well kept and clean with great views and has free filtered water for guests. Laundry service is great too and the resident pup and pug were so fun to play with! Breakfast was good and Ha helped us book transfers back to Hanoi as well as the Fansipan cable car. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean and the hot shower was amazing! The host family were so kind and friendly and let me stay an extra night fairly last minute in a bigger room at the same cost of my previous room which was really nice of them! The location was good too! Not too close to the rest of town which made it a more peaceful place to stay.

We hadn’t had any trekking pre-booked so we were so grateful that Ha, the owner, helped us. She is an incredible host and you just feel welcome and taken care of. She helped us book an amazing 3-day trekking tour, and found us a bus to our next destination very last minute. Breakfast was excellent as well — she makes the best omelettes! We liked it so much here that we stayed an extra night when we came back from the Trekking your. the rooms are big, the showers hot, and all for a very affordable price.

Very nice homestay. The caretaker of this property are very polite and helpful staff. They will make lunch or dinner or breakfast upon request. They made us vegetarian dinner. Very quiet homestay, away from the Bac Ha center. We were driving so it was fine for us. The staff also offered to pick us from the bus stop, but in our case it was not applicable. We came to Bac Ha for the Sunday market. It was worth the travel from Sa Pa. If you eat meat, then the Market offering will be a feast for you.

It's near a pub but it's not noisy at night so you can still sleep well. The staff are accommodating and nice.
