Very comfortable beds, hot water and super clean. We checked-in at 6am in the morning when we arrive with the sleeping bus and they received with no problem. Also they helped us with a last-minute laundry because we arrived plenty of mud.

You can request an iron in case you want to remove wrinkles on your clothes. The location is close to Sun world Sapa Station, pubs, restaurants, massage spas, and mart. It's near a pub but it's not noisy at night so you can still sleep well. The staff are accommodating and nice.

The management is very accommodating. We arrive earlier than the checkin time but they let us in as soon as there is an available room. Very friendly and they make us feel comfortable.
