This place is a GEM. It’s a bit out there, but I like places that are a bit more removed. The view is spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, I arrived super late due to ferry schedules and was met by the owner who recognized I’d not eaten and made me dinner. We sat up and chatted for ages, she was so kind. It’s been just amazing and I can’t recommend this place enough.

The bed is upstairs, which won't suit everyone, but the very large living areas make up for it.

The hosts are very friendly and real Vesterålen enthousiasts. Truly one of the most beautiful views I have had at a vacation spot.

We had a problem with our flight and we arrived very late and the staff help us with late check-in and many helpful details.

Set in Nyksund, Nyksund Ekspedisjonen features a terrace, bar and free WiFi. At the inn all rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. Beautiful location and very nice place to stay at. I enjoyed the small fishing village vibe. Room was cozy and warm, had all the essentials. Breakfast had multiple choices, was very good and filling.

This central Andenes accommodation overlooks the Norwegian Sea and harbour. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with free coffee or tea. The owner was very kind and helpful since we arrived on a Sunday evening after coming off the ferry at 8:40pm and after showing us to our room also pointed us to where to get something to eat since typically everything is closed during that time. The room itself has everything you might want, from cutlery, spices, and comfortable seating area and even board games.

Situated at Nyksund Harbour, this family-owned, eco-certified guesthouse offers a restaurant and rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi access. Myre village centre is 15 km away. Unique, cosy guesthouse in a quaint fishing town. Very friendly hosts.

Amazing place in a beautiful setting. Owners very helpful and welcoming, even left us waffles and muffins to enjoy in the morning. Wish we could have stayed for longer
