It’s a bit out there, but I like places that are a bit more removed. The view is spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, I arrived super late due to ferry schedules and was met by the owner who recognized I’d not eaten and made me dinner. We sat up and chatted for ages, she was so kind. It’s been just amazing and I can’t recommend this place enough.

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the guest house's outdoor fireplace. An extremely enjoyable place to stay for self-catering, which given Norway restaurant prices, is desirable. The bed is upstairs, which won't suit everyone, but the very large living areas make up for it.

I enjoyed the small fishing village vibe. Room was cozy and warm, had all the essentials. Breakfast had multiple choices, was very good and filling.

The owner was very kind and helpful since we arrived on a Sunday evening after coming off the ferry at 8:40pm and after showing us to our room also pointed us to where to get something to eat since typically everything is closed during that time. The room itself has everything you might want, from cutlery, spices, and comfortable seating area and even board games.
