Location, it's in an apartment building above a mall, there is a night market nearby, so it's convenient. Spotless clean, well equipment and furnished, the owners were friendly. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. While it's on the north side of the river from city center, it's very easy to get downtown by Grab or by boat for just a couple of ringgit. I actually like very much how it's a little removed from the centre of action and is very peaceful at night. The common areas are well equipped and it looks like there's even enough to cook a full meal if one wished to do so. The bed in my room was comfortable. I had a great sleep each night. Zack even offers tours (extra $ of course). He brought me out to Semenggoh and a couple of other stops at a reasonable cost. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic and basic toiletries were provided.

The room was excellent value with AC, fan, quite spacious with private bathroom and hot water. great 24 hour WiFi. In a peaceful residential area. Owner is attentive when u need him but leaves u to your privacy. Free tea and coffee and hot water machine. washing machine in the common area. I extended my stay because the longer I stayed the more I liked it and didn't want to leave. spotlessly clean.
